Mary Kaplan

Mary Kaplan graduated magna cum laude from The Ohio State University with a degree in History and went on to earn her law degree from Emory University School of Law. Before moving to Florida, she practiced estate planning law in Atlanta and worked as a Certified Financial Planner™ with Wachovia Wealth Management, helping families and individuals navigate complex estate, tax, and charitable giving strategies. Today, Mary focuses her practice on estate planning, probate, elder law, and guardianship. She’s a member of the Florida and Georgia Bars as well as the Orange County Bar Association, the Central Florida Estate Planning Council, and the Mid-Florida Guardianship Association. Originally from North Canton, Ohio, Mary now resides in Orlando with her husband, Steve, and their two children, Seth and Paige. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, cooking, listening to music, and staying active. Mary is also a certified yoga instructor, and she values sharing the calm and clarity that yoga brings to her daily life.
