Michelle D. Napier

Michelle has experience in all stages of state-court litigation and is an excellent advocate for her clients. Michelle’s clients benefit from her winning combination of aggressive representation, broad knowledge, superior integrity and personal attention. Michelle’s goal is to efficiently guide her clients through the legal system with practical and flexible solutions tailored to each client’s individual needs, goals and objectives. Michelle concentrates her practice in the areas of: divorce, family law, civil litigation, and real estate litigation, and representing her small-business clients in a variety of matters. Michelle is also a seasoned negotiator and skilled preparer of a variety of agreements. Michelle Napier is a wife and mother who enjoys spending time with her family, playing billiards, being outdoors, and supporting local non-profits. She is the past-president of the Rotary Club of Sebastian, Florida. Michelle holds dual undergraduate degrees in psychology and criminal justice and received her law degree in 2005.
