With more than fifteen years of experience in the estate planning/special needs planning arena, Minerva Vazquez, partner, has guided countless families to effectively plan the distribution of their estate and, for families with special needs, to effectively plan without jeopardizing their government benefits. As a parent of a special needs child, Minerva extends experienced assistance to special needs families with a unique personal understanding of their challenges and a sensitivity to their needs. Bilingual & native to South Florida, she is highly effective in counseling and representing members of the Hispanic Community who need assistance maneuvering through the complex world of effective legal planning in Florida. Minerva is a highly respected member of the local legal community and has served as vice-chair for the Florida Bar Grievance Committee and vice-chair of the Board of Directors of Disability Rights Florida.
