Nathan J. Kaplan

Nathan J. Kaplan is a native of Gadsden, Alabama. He attended Vanderbilt University and worked as a paralegal in New York City following his graduation. Nathan attended the Florida State University College of Law and graduated with honors. While in law school, he completed internships at the Florida House of Representatives and with the Honorable Anthony Porcelli of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Following his graduation from law school, Nathan represented employers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators in the defense of workers' compensation claims. Nathan's practice is now dedicated exclusively to the representation of injured workers.
