Nathan Wittman

Born in Concord, Massachusetts, Nathan Wittman moved to Winter Park, Florida with his family in 1992, and has lived there nearly ever since. After graduating from Winter Park High School, he attended Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio, and earned his undergraduate degree in Business Administration. He then attended Stetson University College of Law in Gulfport, Florida, where he earned his J.D., cum laude, and was heavily involved in student organizations, worked as a teaching assistant, and served as President of the student bar association. Prior to joining Morgan & Morgan, Mr. Wittman's practice focused on defending insurance companies, manufacturers, financial institutions, and corporations large and small, in a variety of matters including breach of contract, product liability, premises liability, consumer protection, and personal injury. Now, he draws on these years of experience defending insurance companies and corporations to help fight for the rights of homeowners, businesses, and policyholders in disputes with insurance companies. Nathan Wittman is admitted to practice in Florida and Texas state courts, as well as Florida's Middle and Southern District federal courts. In his free time, Nathan enjoys traveling with his wife, son, and daughter, playing music, playing sports and generally being outdoors, and cheering on his beloved Boston Red Sox, Xavier Musketeers, and Orlando City Lions.
