Nicholas Russo

Born and raised in Central Florida, Mr. Russo attended Trinity Preparatory School for high school and then the University of Central Florida for his undergraduate studies where he majored in Legal Studies and minored in Spanish. During his junior year of undergraduate studies, Mr. Russo started interning for Matt Morgan. He continued to intern for Matt Morgan for the next four consecutive summers. He assisted in several trials under the supervision of Matt, Keith Mitnik, and Derrick Connell. Following his undergraduate career, Mr. Russo attended the University of Florida, Levin College of Law. During his time at Levin College of Law, Mr. Russo was a member of the Moot Court team and Phi Delta Phi. Mr. Russo graduated Cum Laude as a member of the 2018 Graduating Class and received the highest grade in two courses. After graduating from the Levin College of Law, Mr. Russo returned to Morgan & Morgan to focus on personal injury litigation. Since taking over as a full-time POD attorney in 2019, Mr. Russo has lead his team of 8 to obtain over 40 million dollars in settlements and verdicts for his clients. Mr. Russo strongly believes in fair justice and fighting on behalf of his clients all the way through trial.
