About Oscar J. Locklin
Oscar, as a 6th generation Santa Rosa County native, has been a member of the Milton and Pace communities his entire life. Following his graduation from Pace High School in 1997, Oscar earned a bachelor's degree in Business Administration at Harding University in 2001, and a law degree at the Florida State University College of Law in 2005. He joined the firm in 2005 after graduating from law school. Oscar, his wife, Sheena Patrick Locklin of Jay, Florida, and their four daughters presently reside in the Allentown community. Oscar enjoys spending his off time with his family, coaching youth basketball, serving as a deacon at Margaret St. Church of Christ in Milton, and other outdoor sports.
