Pascale Norris

Pascale Norris is a senior attorney at Urban Their & Federer PA and manages the Paris, France office of the firm. She is a member of both the New York and Paris Bars working primarily in the area of commercial litigation, dispute resolution and contracts law in France. Her main client-base consists of French and foreign companies. She is trilingual (French, English and German). Ms. Norris offers over 25 years of experience in a variety of legal matters. She specializes in the representation of corporations before French civil and commercial courts in matters such as product liability, contract, tort, personal injury, construction, unfair competition, distribution and other, the cases often involving cross-border litigation and complex questions of applicable law, territorial jurisdiction and insurance. She negotiates and drafts for her clients a wide range of agreements subject to French law, including manufacture, purchase, sales, supply, distribution, agency, license agreements and other and also assists her clients in the management of their France-based corporate governance. Ms. Norris obtained her law degrees from both King’s College in London and the Sorbonne in Paris, before being admitted to practice in Paris and New York.
