Paul M. Núñez

Paul M. Núñez practices primarily in the area of insurance and commercial litigation and has worked on matters including contract disputes, discrimination claims, and securities disputes. Mr. Núñez is a member of the Florida Bar and is also licensed to practice in the federal courts for the Southern District and Middle District of Florida. Prior to joining Rodriguez Tramont & Nuñez, P.A., Mr. Núñez worked for the Miami-Dade Public Defender's Office, where he defended clients facing felony and misdemeanor charges. As an Assistant Public Defender, he participated in several jury trials; both as lead counsel and as assisting counsel. Mr. Núñez also has experience in the area of environmental law. Mr. Núñez received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami, where he graduated magna cum laude and was a member of the Inter-American Law Review and the Order of the Coif, as well as a recipient of a Miami Scholars Public Interest Scholarship (2016). He graduated magna cum laude from the Honors College at Florida International University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Environmental Studies and Minors in Biology and Chemistry (2013). Mr. Núñez is a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Academic Honor Society.
