R. Timothy Jansen

R. Timothy Jansen has handled complex Civil, Administrative and Criminal Litigation for the past 12 years, first as Chief Trial Counsel for the Secretary of State of Florida, Tallahassee, handling both complex Civil and Criminal matters. Afterwards, he worked as a Senior Fraud Prosecutor for the United States Attorney in Tampa, handling exclusively complex White Collar Crimes, including Health Care Fraud Litigation. He was also the chairman of the Health Care Fraud Task Force and a member of the Attorney General's Health Care Fraud Task Force in Washington, D.C. He also is a National Legal Analyst for ABC News Live covering the trial of former President Donald Trump.
