Ricardo A. Casasola

Ricardo A. Casasola is a passionate and dedicated attorney who graduated from Ave Maria School of Law in May 2019 and was admitted to the Florida Bar in September 2019. Since joining the firm in 2023, Ricardo has assisted hundreds of clients in criminal and family law. Originally from Miami, FL, Ricardo grew up in Naples, FL, and has been practicing law for the past four years in Lee and Collier Counties. He is a proud veteran and a fluent Spanish speaker. His experience as both a Trial Court Staff Attorney and an Assistant Public Defender has allowed him to sharpen his litigation skills. As an Assistant Public Defender, Ricardo represented clients in cases ranging from county ordinance violations to first-degree felonies, trying both jury and non-jury trials to verdict. Ricardo takes pride in actively listening, communicating with clients, and analyzing cases to provide a strong legal defense and achieve the best possible resolution for his clients. His enthusiasm for guiding individuals and families through the complexities of the legal system sets him apart from other attorneys. Ricardo's dedication to his clients contributed to being honored as Best of Collier in 2023 for Criminal Law, DUI, and Family Law. In addition, he was named a Rising Star by Super Lawyers, a prestigious recognition awarded to only 2.5% of attorneys annually. On a personal note, Ricardo lives in Naples with his wife, Lauren.
