Richard Randolph Kosan

Richard ("Rick") R. Kosan graduated from the University of Florida, after which, he attended the University of Florida - Fredric G. Levin College of Law, grading with a Juris Doctorate in 1989. After being admitted to The Florida Bar, Mr. Kosan began litigating at the Public Defender's Office in Gainesville, Florida, going on to represent Hillsborough County, Florida as an assistant county attorney. Mr. Kosan then went on to form his own law firm, and since then as has joined Pilka, Adams & Reed, P.A. in an "of-counsel" capacity. He specialized in representing community associations as well as homeowners who face losing their home in foreclosure lawsuits.
