Robert J. Di Capua

Robert’s practice focuses on estate planning, estate and trust administration, federal wealth transfer tax planning, and charitable planning. Robert holds a master’s in law (LL.M.) which provides him with unique expertise in planning for high-net-worth clients. Robert understands that each client comes with unique goals for their estate planning and tailors his planning to fit each client’s needs. Robert was born and raised in Boca Raton, FL. He attended the University of Florida where he received a dual degree in Political Science and Philosophy, graduating Cum Laude. Robert earned his Juris Doctor and LL.M. from University of Miami School of Law. During his time at law school, Robert was a research assistant for Professor Stephen Urice. Robert’s research focused primarily on art and copyright law.
