Robert R. McDaniel II

Robert R. McDaniel, II ("Rob") was born and raised in Pensacola, Florida. In 1999, Rob graduated from the University of Mississippi School of Law after earning his degree in Economics from the University of Florida in 1994. Rob began his legal career as an associate for his father, Robert R. McDaniel, Sr. His practice included bankruptcy, debt collections and probate. In an effort to gain litigation experience, Rob joined the Public Defender's Office in Escambia County in 2000. In 2003, Rob rejoined his father to form the law firm of McDaniel & McDaniel, P.A. where his practice focused on the areas of representing individuals needing bankruptcy relief as well as assisting individuals with their estate planning and probate needs. Following the retirement of his father, Rob created the firm of Robert R. McDaniel, II, P.A., and continues to focus on helping individuals get a fresh start who are encountering financial distress (Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 Bankruptcy), as well as representing families struggling to deal with the issues of their deceased friends and family (Probate). In 2014, Rob assisted the Northern District of Florida Bankruptcy Court in helping to develop the Court's Mortgage Modification Mediation (MMM) program. The mortgage modification program through the Chapter 13 bankruptcy process has been very successful in helping families keep their homes. Rob also served as an adjunct instructor at Pensacola State College for many years in multiple areas of the law. Rob is one of the most experienced Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys in Northwest Florida. He has handled hundreds of bankruptcy cases in Escambia, Santa Rosa and Okaloosa counties for more than a decade. Rob personally handles each and every case while striving to keep clients fully informed throughout the bankruptcy process. Regardless of the cause of the client's financial predicament, Rob appreciates the importance of providing his clients with a second chance. Furthermore, Rob has more than a decade of specialized experience guiding families through the probate process.
