1955-2022 – “After a valiant battle with cancer, Russ passed away on September 13, 2022” Russ practiced in the areas of real estate and general business for over 35 years. He was experienced in handling a wide variety of commercial transactions including the purchase, sale, development and financing of large residential projects, shopping centers, motels, office buildings and apartments. He represented national homebuilders, local builders and developers and lending institutions. Russ also handled residential transactions for buyers and sellers and was well versed in the regulatory requirements governing these transactions, including TRID and RESPA.
