Managing Attorney Stephen Berlin has advocated for injured workers since 1995 when he was admitted to the Florida Bar. Licensed in Florida and Georgia, he has devoted his legal practice to handling work injury claims and is a renowned workers’ compensation attorney with more than 30 years of experience. For 17 years, Stephen Berlin managed the in-house legal operation for a major Florida workers’ compensation carrier. Working side-by-side with insurance adjusters, he saw them strategically deny claims and offer lowball settlements or deny benefits outright that the claimant was rightfully entitled. Based on this real-world experience and desire to make a difference in injured workers’ lives, he opened Berlin Law Firm in Sarasota. His comprehensive expertise and outstanding client results enabled the firm to grow and expand with a second office in Tampa. Stephen Berlin completed his undergraduate work at the prestigious Vanderbilt University and received his law degree and MBA from the University of Florida. He has spoken at over 100 workers’ compensation seminars in Florida and represents clients from all walks of life with the utmost dedication.
