Terry Dariotis

My law practice is concentrated primarily in the area of wills, trusts, and estates, which includes estate planning, probate, and trust administration. I serve clients who need only a simple will as well as those who need estate and gift tax planning. I also represent clients in probate and trust administration, including preparing federal estate tax returns. As part of the estate planning process, I also assist clients with establishing a new or modifying an existing separate legal entity, such as a corporation, limited liability company, or limited partnership, for ownership of a business or for holding investment real estate, and with creating or amending buy-sell agreements for the owners of a business.
