"Tom began practicing law at the Public Defender's Office in Florida's Twentieth Judicial Circuit, serving the indigent accused in Lee and Collier Counties. Representing citizens in misdemeanor and criminal traffic cases at the outset, Tom worked his way into representing clients with more serious criminal allegations by the government including punishable by life felonies. After serving the public of Florida for over four years, Tom transitioned into civil litigation and personal injury. He has worked for several regional insurance defense firms as well as a small local Plaintiff's practice prior to joining Morgan & Morgan."
