Thomas Dennis

Mr. Dennis was born and raised in Rochester, Michigan. While growing up in Michigan, Mr. Dennis was a competitive tennis player, ranked nationally throughout his junior career. He continued competing in tennis by accepting an athletic scholarship to Western Michigan University. While at Western Michigan University, Mr. Dennis was an Intercollegiate Tennis Association Academic All-American. He completed his degree with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance. Thereafter, he continued his education by attending the University of Florida College of Law. While at the University of Florida, Mr. Dennis earned honors in Appellate Advocacy and Trial Practice. In addition, Mr. Dennis externed for the 20th Judicial Circuit State Attorney's office, where he represented the State of Florida in criminal infractions. In 2008, Mr. Dennis completed his law degree and gained admission into the Florida Bar. After law school, Mr. Dennis began his career as a defense attorney in Miami, Florida, defending insurance companies against personal injury and wrongful death claims. Armed with the knowledge of how insurance companies deny claims and benefits to individuals, Mr. Dennis began working for a Miami plaintiff's personal injury firm dedicated to representing injured individuals and consumers. Mr. Dennis now works as an associate at Wooten, Kimbrough, Damaso, & Dennis, P.A., where he continues to represent injured individuals in personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, nursing home abuse, insurance disputes and wrongful discharge matters. Mr. Dennis is licensed to practice in all state courts in Florida and the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida.
