Tim Crutchfield

Timothy H. Crutchfield has been practicing law in Miami, FL since 1986. For the last 12 years, Mr. Crutchfield worked as a sole practitioner representing diverse clients in appeals and commercial litigation matters relating to insurance claims, commercial litigation, and personal injury. Prior to owning his own firm, Mr. Crutchfield worked for Haley, Sinagra & Perez, P.A. as a Partner and, prior to, an Associate (elected partner in 1997). Mr. Crutchfield had the honor of serving as Law Clerk to the Honorable Wilkie D.
