Victoria Diaz

Victoria Diaz is an attorney at Zarco Einhorn Salkowski, P.A., where she focuses her practice on commercial and franchise litigation. Ms. Diaz earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Florida International University. She graduated from the University of Miami School of Law in May 2024 with honors. During law school, Ms. Diaz received the Best Case Note Award from the University of Miami Race & Social Justice Law Review; received Dean’s List recognition; multiple Dean’s Certificate of Achievement awards; the Director’s Book Award for Excellence in Litigation Skills I; and multiple CALI Excellence for the Future Awards, which are bestowed to the top performer in each course. She was also a member of the Miami Trial Team, where she competed in various national pretrial and trial competitions and received semifinalist honors. Ms. Diaz was also inducted into the Order of Barristers, a national honorary organization for outstanding advocacy. Ms. Diaz began her legal career at Zarco Einhorn Salkowski, P.A. in 2022 as a law clerk and continued with the firm throughout her time in law school. She became an associate in September 2024.
