W. David Bennett Esq.

W. David Bennett, Esq., an associate at Ellis, Ged, & Bodden, P.A., concentrates on compassionately representing personal injury victims as well as maintaining a special focus in the area of personal injury protection claims on behalf of medical providers. Mr. Bennett is a member of the following Bar Associations: the Florida Bar, the Broward County Bar and the Palm Beach County Bar. Mr. Bennett is also admitted in the U.S.District Court of the Northern District of Florida. As a Florida native, Mr. Bennett developed a majority of his business experience by spending over a decade in hospitality management providing services for many prestigious establishments, the most recent of which includes the historic and internationally recognized Boca Raton Resort and Club. Mr. Bennett obtained his Juris Doctorate from St. Thomas University School of Law in May of 2010. He graduated cum laude, earning top honors in several areas of study including Medical Malpractice. Mr. Bennett began his relationship with Ellis, Ged, & Bodden, P.A. as a law student and continued that relationship by becoming a full-time member of the firm in the Spring of 2010. Mr. Bennett also holds a B.A. in Business Administration and Management from Florida Atlantic University. Mr. Bennett's success in both the professional and academic arenas have provided him with a unique set of skills which he uses on a daily basis throughout all aspects of client representation.
