About Westley F. Lockwood
Westley received his Bachelor's degree from the University of West Florida in 1999 (Dean's List and President's List) and his law degree from Stetson University College of Law in 2002 where he graduated Cum Laude. He is a member of the Florida Bar and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Wes handles the defense of casualty, product liability, premises liability, auto accident, construction defect and intentional tort claims in state and Federal court. His practice also includes defense of breach of warranty claims under the Florida Lemon Law and the Federal Magnuson Moss Warranty Act, and defense of first party property damage and sinkhole claims.
