William H. Pincus

William H. Pincus is the managing partner of Pincus & Currier LLP, West Palm Beach, Florida. He has been practicing law since 1995. Some of Bill’s practice areas include commercial litigation, business litigation, association law, appellate practice, and general civil litigation. He has handled complex matters such as anti-trust violations, breaches of development services agreements, and violations of the Florida Franchise Act. With over 25 years of legal experience, Bill provides notable support and representation to his clients.
