A graduate of Duke University School of Law, Bill began his distinguished career in 1972 and has since become a trusted authority in real estate contracts, development agreements, financing, and zoning law. Bill’s leadership includes serving as past chairman of the Pinellas Real Estate Law Council, president of the Business Assistance Council, and founding chairman and board member of Flagship Community Bank.
