About Adian Miller
Adian Miller is an attorney in the Labor & Employment department of Seyfarth Shaw LLP's Chicago office. Her practice focuses on ERISA claims. Previously, Ms. Miller litigated cases before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission on behalf of plaintiffs. She also has litigation experience with union trusteeship and anti-trust cases. She volunteered for four years, providing training to low-income workers and re-entry populations on their basic wage/hour and employment rights. While attending law school in Washington, D.C., Ms. Miller clerked with the National Labor Relations Board, and was a Senior Policy Fellow with Polaris Project, drafting state legislation to combat trafficking. She has helped to pass tax legislation favoring limited-income cooperatives, and worked with non-profits providing comparative international legal analysis regarding personal status laws and women's rights.
