Andrew W. Jones

Before Andrew opened the firm in 2006, he helped found Cooper, Jones & Cooper. At this firm, he represented plaintiffs in significant injury and wrongful death cases. He served as both lead and co-counsel in numerous jury trials that led to compensation, including cases against Ford Motor Company, Mitsubishi Motors Corporation, Wal-Mart, General Motors, Georgia Pipe and Cresco Lines. He secured millions of dollars in relief in cases against Home Depot, Isuzu, Honeywell, Daimler Chrysler, UPS, Hilton Hotel Corporation, Georgia Pacific, Toyota, Schlotzky’s, and Lakeway Trucking. Andrew is active in both Georgia and Cobb County bar associations, serving in many capacities. Andrew is involved in professional legal organizations including the Georgia Trial Lawyer’s Association and the American Trial Lawyer’s Association. Mr. Jones is often asked to speak to professional lawyer groups and has done so on various topics, including how to recognize a product liability case. Andrew received his law degree from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in 1993. He received his bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Georgia in 1990. Andrew is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. He is also a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, and the Cobb County Trial Lawyers Association.
