Ashley L. McCartney

Prior to forming The Law Office of Ashley McCartney, LLC, Ms. McCartney was a founding partner of McCartney & Kan, LLC where she focused her practice primarily on family law and civil litigation. Ms. McCartney also served as staff attorney to The Honorable Michael E. Hancock in Dekalb County Superior Court where she gained valuable experience in family law, civil and criminal litigation. Her experience as staff attorney gave her priceless insight to the judicial decision making process, which she now uses to prepare her clients for their day in court. She has also worked for several law firms focusing on family law, small business solutions, real estate transactions and civil litigation. Ms. McCartney currently focuses her law practice on all aspects of family law including divorce, adoption, child custody, child support, post-divorce issues, contempt, modification, same sex issues and military divorce.
