Ashley Lynch

Ashley Keith Lynch joined Meriwether & Tharp in 2026 as a lead attorney in our newest office location, Saint Simons Island, Georgia. Born and raised in Northwest Georgia, Ashley had the pleasure of working with both her deceased husband and esteemed litigator, Bill Keith, and the iconic Bobby Lee Cook during law school and up to the loss of these great mentors. She has successfully tried hundreds of family law cases for almost twenty years and continues to have a strong passion for helping others through their most difficult times. Ashley has always approached her practice with compassion and a desire to find an outcome that helps clients navigate a new future. She understands that divorce involves a great many facets of life even outside the courtroom, and she strives to prepare clients for life after the case. Her resourceful approach to her practice has guided many clients through what feels like unnavigable situations. Ashley and her husband are residents of Saint Simons Island and enjoy spending time with close family, friends, and their two dogs, as well as enjoying all that comes along with the island lifestyle.
