Brian C. McCarthy

Brian McCarthy focuses his practice on complex litigation and personal injury matters. Mr. McCarthy began his legal career representing an insurance company in defense of various claims and matters and now uses the lessons learned to advocate for small businesses and individuals. Mr. McCarthy brings extensive experience and results driven success to a wide range of legal matters. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Notre Dame, his Master of Science in Sports Administration, Master of Business Administration and Juris Doctorate degree from Georgia State University. Mr. McCarthy represents individuals and businesses in Atlanta and the surrounding parts of Georgia. Mr. McCarthy and his wife, Amy, are active in the St. Jude the Apostle Church and School and the surrounding Atlanta community. When not practicing law, Mr. McCarthy enjoys spending time with Amy and driving, watching, and/or chasing their four young children Jack, Pierce, Emily, and Finn at various sporting events across the metro area.
