Cassi Witcher Cain

Cassi Witcher Cain graduated Cum Laude in 2012 from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in Birmingham, and has an M.B.A. from the Brock School of Business, also at Samford. Cassi spent her undergraduate years at Emory University, where she was a standout collegiate softball player. Having literally grown up in the Law Office of Jack F. Witcher, Cassi carries on her father's legacy in the areas of workers’ compensation and personal injury, real property, probate (wills, estates, and guardianships), contracts, and business law. Cassi is also highly effective at representing clients in court-ordered settlement mediation, a skill that has become increasingly important in recent years. She is licensed to practice law in both Georgia and Alabama. Cassi lives in Haralson County with her husband Ean and son, Little Jack (named after his grandfather). She serves on the Tanner-Higgins Hospital Authority Board, is an active supporter of Bremen City Schools, and is a member of the Tallapoosa Bar Association covering Haralson and Polk Counties. Cassi remains an avid sports enthusiast and, like her father, a baseball fan (of the Atlanta Braves, of course).
