Charles H. Mann

Attorney Charles H. Mann graduated from Mercer University School of Law in 2019 after earning a Bachelor of Arts degree from Mercer University as a history major in 2016 where he was a member of the historian’s honor society Phi Alpha Theta. Following his graduation from law school, Charles served as the staff attorney for the Alapaha Judicial Circuit serving under Judge Howard McClain in Cook County, Georgia. Charles then spent four years working as an attorney for Ben F. Windham, P.C. where he practiced extensively in the fields of personal injury and real estate. Charles has experience handling various types of personal injury cases ranging from car accidents to trucking accidents to premises liability cases, and he is licensed to practice in both state and federal courts, and he has practiced extensively in both. He has a track record of proven results including an $11,000,000.00 recovery in a complex premises liability case involving a wrongful death resulting from a wasp infestation. His excellence in research and advocacy has resulted in him being twice named to the prestigious National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 list in 2022 and 2024. Charles started with the Nicola Cummings Law Firm in 2025 where he handles both personal injury and criminal cases. Charles is also the head of the real estate practice division where he closes real estate transactions from across the state. Charles has closed hundreds of real estate transactions so far in his career, and he has proven expertise in resolving complex title issues.
