D. Bradley (Brad) Folsom

Mr. Folsom, a partner in the firm, specializes in the representation of our bank clients in a number of different areas, as well as representation of our business clients, in a variety of litigation matters. Mr. Folsom also is the approved SBA closing attorney for the Southern Georgia Regional Commission and maintains a municipal law practice as the City Attorney for Remerton, Georgia and Sparks, Georgia. Mr. Folsom is the managing partner for the firm’s Valdosta office, but also practices in the firm’s offices in Albany, Savannah and Atlanta.
