Danielle C. Humphrey

Danielle C. Humphrey is an elder law attorney at the Hurley Elder Care Law, which has multiple offices located in Georgia – Atlanta, Peachtree City, Duluth, and Woodstock. She works out of her office in Atlanta, assisting elderly clients with legal matters involving: Guardianships Probate and estate planning Life care planning Wills and trusts Conservatorships Ms. Humphrey holds the distinction as one of the fourteen elder lawyers in Georgia who have been elected to be Certified Elder Law Attorneys by the National Elder Law Foundation. She assists her clients and their families in obtaining guardianships and conservatorships to protect the elderly population from predators, scammers and other such vulnerabilities. Known among her clients as a compassionate and knowledgeable attorney, she strives to offer efficient solutions with their best interests in mind. Graduating magna cum laude with a bachelor’s from the University of New Orleans in 1987, Ms. Humphrey went on to pursue her law degree at Tulane Law School. Earning her Doctor of Jurisprudence cum laude in 1990, she was admitted to the Louisiana State Bar Association the same year and later, gained her license to practice in Georgia (2010). She holds an “Excellent” rating on Avvo. Maintaining an active presence in the legal community, Ms. Humphrey is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the State Bar of Georgia and the Atlanta Bar Association’s CLE Committee. As part of her volunteer service, she plays an active role in the One Good Deed program by the Jewish Family & Career Services of Atlanta.
