Derrick L. Bingham

Derrick Bingham is currently engaged in general legal practice, including product liability and general insurance defense. Mr. Bingham received his J.D. degree magna cum laude from Georgia State University School of Law in 2004. While at Georgia State, he was a member of the Georgia State University Law Review, and his Note, "The Meaning of Fifth and Sixth Amendment Rights: Sentencing in Federal Drug Cases After Apprendi v. New Jersey and Harris v. United States," 20 Ga. St. U. L. Rev. 723, was published in 2004. Mr. Bingham is a summa cum laude graduate of Liberty University (B.S., 2001).
