Edgar (Whit) Duskin Jr.

Mr. Duskin, a partner in the firm, specializes in the representation of our bank clients and creditors in bankruptcies as well as in Commercial and Business law. He served as the Municipal Judge for the City of Georgetown, Georgia from 2001 to 2004 until the court was merged with the County. Background Mr. Duskin was born in 1952 in Fort Hood, Texas. He completed a twenty year military career and retired in 1994 from an assignment with the Army Space Program Office prior to becoming an attorney and returning to his family home in Dawson, Georgia.
