Eleni Christine Bafas

Marietta's Bafas Law is owned by respected Eleni C. Bafas. She has extensive estate planning, real estate, business, and family law experience. She enjoys meeting individual and family legal obligations in areas like separation and divorce, marriage agreements, child custody and adoptions, estate planning, trust and probate administration, administration and business formation, and civil case litigation. Ms. Bafas earned a law doctorate with Pro Bono Distinction from Georgia State University College of Law in 2012. In 2012, Georgia licensed her to practice. Moreover, Georgia Tech awarded Ms. Bafas a Bachelor of Science with top honors in 2009. The President's Scholarship Alumni Society and Georgia Tech Bar Association keep her connected at Georgia Tech, where she received the Stamps President's Scholarship Award. She participated in many Georgia Tech student organizations and serves on the President's Alumni Society Board. A distinguished member of the Rotary Club of Dunwoody, Ms. Bafas serves on its District 6900 Committee for Global Grant Scholarships, as a trustee for the Georgia Rotary Student Program, and as a board member and Secretary of the Foundation. She is also the CEO of the accredited, nonprofit adoption agency St. Nick's Kids and an American Legion Auxiliary member. As founder and CEO of The Atlanta Social Club, Ms. Bafas connects young professional women in Atlanta. Her services to these organizations are well-regarded.
