Eric J. Tatum

I am an attorney born and raised in Gwinnett County, Georgia. I am a Family Law specialist who is able to handle all cases within the arena of family law. Whether it is a divorce, custody modification, child support, legitimation, adoption, or juvenile case, I am adept at these areas and can prepare you for whatever is thrown your way. I can also do will and estate preparation and litigation. I graduated from Georgia State University in 2011. I am licensed to practice in all lower courts of this state, as well as the Court of Appeals and Supreme Court of Georgia. I have a business and economics degree from Presbyterian College located in Clinton, South Carolina. My strategy: To accomplish client's goals by thorough investigation, preparation, innovation and skill in both the collaborative and adversarial worlds of law. Representing the interests of my clients through ethical practices within the bounds of the law. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, and my two dogs, Gunner and Stella.
