Erica Dempsey

Erica Dempsey is an Associate Attorney at The Law Office of Kathleen Flynn. Prior to joining the firm in 2019, she was a consumer bankruptcy attorney in the Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia. During law school at the Georgia State University College of Law, she worked full time as a long-term disability claim examiner for a Fortune 500 insurance company. She obtained her undergraduate degrees in Economics and English from the University of Georgia. Erica is an Atlanta native and loves that she can use her skills and talents to help disabled people in the community find some much-needed financial relief.
