Graham Roberts

Graham joined Moore Ingram Johnson & Steele in 2012 as an associate in the firm's Corporate, Tax and Estate Planning Departments in the Marietta office. His practice primarily focuses on the formation and management of small Captive Insurance Companies (CICs). Graham also works with clients to provide solutions to their business issues and transactional matters such as tax and asset protection planning, private placement offerings, and mergers and acquisitions. Born and raised in Augusta, Georgia, Graham graduated with a B.S. degree in Management from Georgia Tech in 2007. He worked in the financial services industry as a management consultant before enrolling in law school in 2009. Graham received his J.D. from Mercer University's Walter F. George School of Law and was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 2012. Graham and his wife, Kitty, live in Atlanta. In his spare time, he enjoys fly fishing, duck hunting, and spending time with family and friends.
