J. Pete Theodocion

Attorney Pete Theodocion is recognized statewide as an expert in criminal trials and appeals, and is licensed to practice in all federal and state courts in Georgia. He has been featured on CNN and in the Wall Street Journal, and he has taught state and federal criminal defense in various legal seminars to hundreds of attorneys across the Southeast. Attorney Theodocion is a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys, the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys, and the State Bar of Georgia. He serves as Resource Counsel for the United States District Court for the Southern District of Georgia, and also is a member of the Southern District of Georgia’s Court Advisory Committee.
