About Julie Bracker
JULIE BRACKER graduated from Vanderbilt University Law School summa cum laude and was admitted to the Georgia bar in 2002. She began her career at Rogers & Hardin in Atlanta and in 2006, moved to a boutique law firm to exclusively handle relator-side FCA litigation. In January 2015, Julie and Jason Marcus teamed up to open Bracker & Marcus LLC, where they represent FCA whistleblowers in a nationwide practice, under the federal False Claims Act as well as state and local FCAs. Julie is admitted to all Georgia state courts, the Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia, the Eastern District of Michigan, and both the Ninth and Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. She has maintained an AV Preeminent Rating since 2014.
