Kendall Shortway

Kendall Shortway graduated magna cum laude from The University of Arkansas at Little Rock School of Law in 2015. Following graduation, she spent five years working for a nationwide insurance defense firm where her practice focused on defending large corporations and insurance companies against personal injury claims including general liability, auto and trucking claims, premises liability and negligent security matters. Ms. Shortway then joined Morgan & Morgan where she now uses her experience in representing large corporations and insurance companies to exclusively represent individuals and families who have been injured due to the negligence of others. Ms. Shortway is licensed to practice law in Georgia, Florida, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
