Ken Turnipseed offers legal services to commercial and health care organizations and individuals. He advised public and private businesses on finance and securities matters and gave technical health care regulatory guidance to medical professionals, hospitals and health care systems. He also aided different business and wellness clients with transaction matters like mergers and acquisitions. Prior to pursuing law, Ken was a tax specialist at Ernst & Young, LLP, in Birmingham, Alabama, where he offered taxation guidance to both large and small organizations concerning everyday operations and business transactions. Ken has two daughters who are heavily involved in their local community.
