Larry Neal Hollington

Larry N. Hollington received his undergraduate degree at Troy State University and attended law school at Walter F. Georgia School of Law at Mercer University, where he graduated cum laude in 1982. He was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia, Court of Appeals of Georgia and Supreme Court of Georgia in 1982. Larry began practicing law with Swift, Currie, McGhee & Hiers in Atlanta, Georgia, in 1982 as an associate, where he practiced until June, 1985. During his time with Swift, Currie, McGhee & Hiers, the majority of his practice was workers compensation defense work. In June, 1985, Larry left Swift, Currie, McGhee & Hiers and relocated to Augusta, Georgia, where he founded the law firm of Larry N. Hollington, P.C. Since that time, Larry has been focusing his practice in the workers compensation arena, representing injured workers. Since 1995, Larry has been honored by his peers by being nominated among the Best Lawyers in America, as well as the Top Super Lawyers in Georgia. Larry has been an active member of the Workers Compensation Section of the State Bar of Georgia since 1982. From 1998 to 1999, he served as Chairman of the Workers Compensation Section of the State Bar of Georgia. Larry is a member of the American Bar Association, American Trial Lawyers Association, State Bar of Georgia, Georgia Trial Lawyers Association and the Augusta Bar Association. He served as First Lieutenant in the United States Marine Corps from 1973 to 1977. Larry and his wife, Judy, have a daughter, Lauren, and a son, Neal. Larry is an active member of the First Baptist Church of Augusta, Georgia.
