Lindsey McCain

Lindsey was born and raised in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She earned her bachelor’s degree in History from Louisiana State University. Lindsey earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Connecticut School of Law in 2020. While in law school, Lindsey participated in mock trial competition, led the Christian Legal Society, and worked for the Children's Advocacy Center to provide juvenile justice to the indigent community. She also gained experience interning for the Honorable Shelly Dick, Chief Judge, United States District Court Middle District of Louisiana. A new addition to the Banks, Stubbs & McFarland family, she practices primarily in criminal defense. Lindsey takes a "clients, not cases" approach to representation, establishing an open line of communication to ease client anxiety and develop a relationship of trust based on mutual respect and understanding.
