Lynn H. Sturges

Lynn H. Sturges is the Owner and Managing Attorney of the Law Offices of Lynn H. Sturges. Lynn H. Sturges has been practicing law for over 25 years and is licensed in both Georgia and Ohio. Ms. Sturges graduated magna cum laude from Boston University in 1988 with a degree in English. After college, Ms. Sturges attended Case Western Reserve University School of Law in Cleveland, Ohio where she concentrated in family and juvenile law courses and graduated in 1992. While in law school, Ms. Sturges participated in a year long Family Law Clinic serving low income clients and also served as a law clerk for a multinational corporation. Following her admission to the Bar in Ohio in 1992, Ms.Sturges held several positions including staff counsel in a corporate law department, associate in a mid-sized law firm as well as a large law firm, and she has been a guardian ad litem in three different states. She was admitted to practice in Georgia in 2003. Ms. Sturges' professional and personal experience has led to her commitment to family and juvenile law and she now dedicates her practice exclusively to those areas. Ms. Sturges has handled contested matters involving issues such as domestic violence, child custody, child support, alimony, equitable division of marital property, contempt actions as well as abuse and neglect cases in Georgia's Superior and Juvenile courts. Potential clients can be assured that Ms. Sturges possesses the necessary experience and dedication to family law and will give each and every client the personal attention that their case requires.
