Michael Johanning

Mr. Johanning practices primarily in the areas of Business and Commercial Law and Litigation, Corporate Law, Bankruptcy, Contract Law, and Landlord/Tenant Law. Mr. Johanning graduated Cum Laude from the University of Georgia in 2016 with a Bachelors of Business Administration in Finance before attending law school at Georgia State University. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Johanning worked with a variety of small businesses and startups, helping them plan their growth and development.
