Nathaniel C. Wheelwright

Nathaniel Wheelwright is a California native who has made Georgia his home for more than 30 years. He received his law degree from the University of Georgia in 2002 and joined Jack F. Witcher two years later. Nathaniel represents clients accused of crimes ranging from DUI to major felonies, and is experienced in all aspects of family law, including divorce, child custody, grandparents’ rights, adoptions, and juvenile court matters. Nat has a well-earned reputation for being an aggressive advocate in the courtroom as well as behind the scenes in negotiations with opposing attorneys. Nathaniel is a member of the Tallapoosa Bar Association and the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. His familiarity with local judges and his relationships with both private lawyers and prosecutors are immeasurable advantages to achieving positive outcomes for his clients. Nat and his wife Christina reside in Carroll County. When not traveling to exotic places around the world (especially beaches!), they enjoy spending time with their adopted dogs and cats, grilling in the back yard, and rooting for the Georgia Bulldogs.
