Paul Menair

Paul Menair has practiced law for nearly two decades. He obtained his J.D. in 2002 and was admitted to the Georgia Bar in 2003. After graduating from Georgia State University, Menair clerked for a United States District Court judge, handling dispositive motions at the trial level in federal court. After his clerkship, he went on to private practice, focusing primarily on civil litigation in both state and federal court, ranging from complex business, estate, and fiduciary disputes to tort and civil rights litigation. Although Menair’s practice has mainly focused on litigation, he also has substantial transactional experience, including drafting and modification of trust and estate documents, contract drafting and review, and advising on fiduciary and corporate governance matters. Menair is a certified mediator and is admitted to practice law in Georgia. He also holds a Ph.D. in history and has taught at the undergraduate level.
